God’s greatness is revealed in creation, yet He cares for each person and every detail. Through Christ, He came near to us and made relationship with Him possible.
Because God is the Creator of everything, we are speaking about a truly awesome and great God. Our minds cannot fully comprehend His greatness or the magnitude of what He has done.
God reveals Himself through His creation. Creation testifies about Him, and when we look at the beauty and vastness of the heavens, we are led to consider the Creator behind it all.
People may marvel at creation, but what we need to marvel at most is the Creator. The heavens and the stars point to His glory and handiwork.
The Milky Way alone contains an estimated 100 to 400 billion stars, and there are hundreds of billions of other galaxies in the observable universe. Yet these facts describe only what we can observe. We can become so focused on discovering another planet or life beyond Earth that we fail to recognize the Creator behind it all.
When we consider the heavens, the stars, and the vastness of creation, we also begin to ask how such a great God could care for creatures as small as us.
Creation displays order and design, from the movement of planets to the structure of the atom. This points to the same mind behind all things. God is a God of order, and He cares about the details of His creation.
When God commands something, He is the first to fulfill it. If He tells us to love, it is because He loves. If He tells us to be righteous, it is because He is righteous. If He tells us to be faithful in what is least, it is because He is faithful in what is least.
God does not look only at the larger parts of creation. He looks at each person living on the earth. We have gone astray and fallen out of order, but God wants to restore what is disordered in an even better and more glorious way.
He cares for each of His children in every detail, even the details we might consider insignificant.
God gives importance to details that we often overlook. He cares for one out of a hundred sheep and for one person out of billions. Though our thoughts and feelings may seem small, He sees them and cares about them.
His faithfulness may not appear in the way we expect, but it comes in His way, which is good for us. For Him, the least person is as important as the greatest.
If we want to succeed with God, we need to pay attention to details and to things that may appear less important to us but still have value before Him. He gives importance to the small and does not want any of His little ones to perish.
Jesus showed that even the smallest creatures are not forgotten before God. This reveals how deep and great His mind is. If someone asks whether God truly cares for people who seem small and insignificant, the answer is yes. That is exactly what He does.
God’s care is not necessarily about material things unless they are directly involved with His will. It is also about matters of the spirit. We need to be honest even in the smallest matters, because there is no such thing as a small lie. We also need to give importance to the smallest warnings.
God did not only look upon creatures as small as us. He became a man to come closer to us, reach us, die for us, have a relationship with us, and feel what we feel.
He came near to us and made a relationship with Him possible. Therefore, we should desire to be among those who believe in Him and submit to Him.
