A New Chapter for Preacha Mann Ministry

We are building a new digital home for Preacha Mann’s music and ministry, designed to serve people in Liberia and the Liberian diaspora.

The platform will make it easier to listen, connect, give, find support, and stay close to what God is doing through this ministry.

One App, Many Ways to Connect

The official mobile app will bring the ministry’s most important experiences together in one place:

Music streaming with offline downloads
Testimonies and stories published by the ministry
Giving and support through local and international payment options
Merchandise, including physical and digital goods
Events and live streams
Prayer requests and an optional recovery track

Designed for Liberia first, with the reach to serve the world.

Many people will use the app on low-end Android devices, expensive mobile data plans, and intermittent 3G or 4G connections. That is why offline access, small downloads, and reliable retry behavior are core requirements, not optional extras.

Music That Travels With You

Listeners will be able to browse albums and singles, build a queue, and enjoy background playback with lock-screen controls.

Each track will support multiple quality levels, including a 64kbps data-saver option. Albums and individual songs can be downloaded for playback when there is no connection, with interrupted downloads able to resume later.

Stories, Testimonies, and Encouragement

The ministry will be able to publish rich stories with images, video, and links to related tracks or events.

Readers can browse a cached selection offline, react to posts, and join moderated conversations. Shareable pages will make it easy to send stories through WhatsApp and other channels.

Ways to Give and Support

The giving experience will be built around the realities of both local and diaspora supporters.

Liberia: MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, and a manual or USSD fallback when API access is unavailable
Diaspora: Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal
Recurring support: available through supported international payment rails at launch
Transparency: donation history, receipts, campaign tags, and reporting by currency and payment rail

Prices and giving information will support both USD and LRD.

Shop, Attend, and Take Part

The platform will connect supporters with ministry merchandise and upcoming events.

Receive local delivery using a phone number and flexible landmark details
Access eligible digital purchases in a personal library
View upcoming and past events
RSVP, receive reminders, add events to a device calendar, and share through WhatsApp

Live Ministry, Wherever You Are

Scheduled live events will appear in the app with countdowns and notifications. During a broadcast, viewers can watch the stream, participate in moderated live chat, and respond to timely calls to give.

A dedicated audio-only mode will help people participate when video is too expensive or connectivity is limited. Replays can later be published as on-demand content.

Prayer and Recovery Support

People will be able to submit prayer requests, including anonymously if they prefer. The ministry team will have a secure inbox and can send an acknowledgment when a request has been prayed for.

An opt-in recovery and discipleship track will include a sobriety counter, milestone encouragement, devotional content, and a direct “I need help” pathway to the ministry team.

Support should feel personal, safe, and available when it matters most.

Prayer and recovery information will receive the highest level of protection. Access will be restricted, activity will be audited, data will be encrypted, and people will be able to delete their account and sensitive information.

Behind the Scenes: A Ministry Control Center

A secure web administration center will help the team serve the community consistently.

Publish stories, music, events, and devotionals
Manage products, inventory, orders, and fulfillment
Review donations by campaign, currency, and payment rail
Moderate comments and live chat
Manage prayer requests and recovery help alerts

Built to Grow Beyond One Artist

Although the first app will be dedicated to Preacha Mann, the platform is being built as the first tenant in a future white-label label system.

Branding, feature settings, media, payment routing, and content will be separated by artist. A future artist app can use the same foundation without creating a disconnected fork of the product.

What Comes First

The build will move forward in practical stages:

Foundation: authentication, tenant architecture, environments, and the app shell
Music: catalog, streaming, downloads, and the player
Community: stories, events, and notifications
Support: donations, merchandise, payments, and digital entitlements
Ministry: live streaming, prayer, and recovery features
Hardening: low-end device, offline, payment, security, and store-readiness testing

How the Community Can Help

As planning moves toward implementation, several decisions need confirmation:

Mobile money: merchant onboarding and API credentials for MTN and Orange
Giving compliance: legal entity and nonprofit status
Publishing: Apple Developer and Google Play account ownership
Live broadcasts: preferred streaming provider and budget
Messaging: SMS provider with reliable Liberia delivery
Music: master-file formats and the upload and quality-control process
